The video is short and the solution is easy to understand and implement. This lowers friction and improves completion rate and engagement.

4. Proven Format

This format was tested earlier on two trial reels which performed well. Based on that signal, we doubled down on this structure.

Why this worked

The goal was to build Mukesh’s personal brand as a forward-thinking real estate builder, not just someone selling projects. Positioning him as someone who understands the past and future of the city helped differentiate him from typical real estate content.

2. Strong Local Relevance

Jaipur has a deep cultural and historical identity, and people from the city are naturally emotionally connected to its heritage. By starting the conversation with the history of Jaipur, the content tapped into an existing emotional connection with the audience.

3. Narrative-Based Introduction

Instead of introducing Mukesh through promotional content, this reel used storytelling about the city itself. This created curiosity and allowed the audience to discover the founder organically.

4. Controlled Controversy

The reel introduced a slightly contrarian perspective around Jaipur’s history and development. This sparked discussion and increased engagement without damaging the brand.
